Paid advertising, search-engine advertising, trademark bidding, domain registrations containing PepsLabs, impersonation, unauthorized coupon promotion and use of PepsLabs brand assets require prior written approval.
Affiliates may only use approved logos, product images, claims and promotional materials in accordance with the Affiliate Program Terms and brand guidelines.
Commission rates, attribution windows, minimum payout thresholds, validation periods and available payout methods are communicated during onboarding or stated in the applicable Affiliate Program Terms.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, prohibited or otherwise ineligible orders may be excluded from commission calculations.
Every application is reviewed individually. PepsLabs may consider audience relevance, content quality, traffic sources, brand fit, compliance history and proposed promotional methods.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. PepsLabs may approve, reject, suspend or terminate participation in accordance with the Affiliate Program Terms.
